LONDONMAGNET and Language Links terms of use; London Magazine Net was established in 1998 calling itself "londonmagnet " for short and is a trade mark. Language Links is part of londonmagnet, its terms and conditions applying to all translators and interpreters who advertise their services within the Language Links website.

1. Using the londonmagnet and Language Links websites, will be subject to the terms and conditions of use set out below. We may amend our terms and conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to make sure they are read. londonmagnet and Language Links reserves the right to reject any advertisement, for any reason.

2. londonmagnet publishes and discloses business details to the public which is provided and authorised by advertisers.

3. In order to advertise your business name and details in londonmagnet or Language Links sites you must; (1) accept and agree to londonmagnet terms and conditions, (2) fill in, complete, sign and send the londonmagnet or Language Links (Interpreters and Translators) order form back to us, (3) make sure the information you include in your order form is accurate, clear, valid, legal and completely lawful, decent, honest and truthful, (4) agree and make sure you are legally eligible to put your name up as Translator or Interpreter or both, (5) be over the age of 18.

4. By completing your order form you agree and order us to place true, legal, accurate and complete information about your product presenting it to the public against a fee set out by us which you agree to pay.

5. By signing the londonmagnet order form you agree to place your business details on the londonmagnet .com website in order to be seen and possibly be contacted if necessary by the public. By this you authorise londonmagnet to hold, reproduce, publish, adapt, transmit and disclose your name and business details and agree to comply by the term and conditions and pay the full annual fee.

6. Any modifications requested by you after 14 days will be charged as per hourly bases.

7. Language Links takes no responsibility for the level of knowledge, skill and competences of language related advertisers such as Interpreters and Translators.

8. An acceptable advertisement must include the followings;
a. Valid owner's and trading names, legible and existing address that can be visited and a landline telephone number
b. If a P.O. Box Number is provided then a postcode must be included.

9. Complete and sign the londonmagnet order form clearly.

10. We have a policy of continuing product improvement and we reserve the right to alter the style, facilities, operational characteristics, layout and design of the services without prior notice.

11. Positions of advertisements are decided and arranged at londonmagnet 's sole discretion depending on directory layout and design. Advertisers can ask to display their advertisements in a desirable size page and for a length of time against an extra fee provided it is agreed by Londonmagnet.

12. You hereby grant londonmagnet a continuous and irreversible license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works, publish and use the information you submit to londonmagnet in such forms to operate and promote the Service.

13. londonmagnet is a venue enabling communications between users. In relation to Interpreters and Translators, Language Links makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, and accuracy or that any given user is in fact who he or she claims to be or has the qualifications he or she claims to have. You agree that you will rely on any Interpreter or Translator solely at your own risk.

14. londonmagnet does not guarantee that use of the service will be uninterrupted, available at any time will be secure or error free.

15. londonmagnet is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental punitive and consequential damages such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this service.

16. The Terms of Use will be in accordance with the laws in existence in the United Kingdom.

17. Disclosure of your Personal Information. You should take into consideration that the Personal Information that you voluntarily disclose to Language Links will be publicly displayed on this Service. You should be cautious about the information you choose to disclose in these instances given that this information is available to anyone who is using the Service.

18. When payment is due in respect of a service, we will send you an invoice and you must pay us the whole amount shown within 15 days of the invoice date. Charges shown under the rates do not include VAT which, if payable, will be added to your invoice and which you must pay in addition.

19. If we fail to do what we agree or understand and accept that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault free and may occasionally require periods of downtime for repair, maintenance and upgrading and we cannot therefore guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will however endeavor to minimise any such periods of non-availability.

20. You understand and accept that we make no warranty and give no representation of any kind in relation to Third Party Data. We accept no responsibility or liability for inaccuracy in Third Party Data.

21. If we make an error in, or omission of or from the provision of a service, we will correct this as soon as reasonably practicable and without charge to you.

22. In any event, we are in no way obliged in any liability in respect of errors or omissions, whether or not arising from negligence, for any: indirect loss; loss of business, revenue, or profits; wasted financial expenditure; or expected savings.

23. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any discretionary service element whether generally or specifically in respect of the services provided to you without prior notice and without prejudice to your liability to continue to pay for the services without reduction or set-off.

24. You must indemnify us against any claim, threatened or made against us, by anyone other than you, arising as a result of our providing the services.

25. Even if we have a contract with you, and in addition to any other rights we may have, we shall be entitled to prevent the display of the whole or any part or parts of Advertisements or any other material available to users, and without having to tell you, in circumstances where:

We think the Advertisement or other material: is unlawful, misleading, offensive, prejudicial or inflammatory; is likely to expose us to claims, lead us into prosecution, criticism, or disrepute or cause us embarrassment; infringes the legal rights of others; or does not comply with our then current rules on the acceptability of advertising or if the publication of an Advertisement does or would, in our opinion, be likely to mislead, offend, or disadvantage a user of our services or misrepresents the nature of the goods or service being advertised or the place or places from which you conduct business.
27. You fail to pay our charges when they are due. The period during which we may prevent the display of Advertisements or other material will continue until the whole of the payment is made.
28. We have reasonable grounds to believe that the owner or controller of any intellectual property rights such as copyright and trademark rights within the Advertisement or material has withheld or withdrawn his permission for your use of same.
29. If you break any of the agreements in these conditions
30. If any of the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or false, and refuse any future use of our services.
31. londonmagnet can end the Contract immediately without penalty.
